This platform is not intended for emergency medical or psychiatric needs. If you or anyone else is experiencing a medical emergency, suicidal thoughts, self-harm tendencies, or poses a danger to self or others, you must immediately contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital in person. The platform and its psychologists cannot provide crisis intervention.

3. No Medical or Medication Advice

The platform does not provide medical advice or prescribe medications. Information and guidance offered are solely psychological and supportive. Do not delay or avoid consulting your physician or qualified healthcare provider based on content received via this platform.

4. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old or the legal age of consent in their region. Providing accurate personal information during registration and therapy is your responsibility.

5. Appointment Booking and Payment

Sessions must be scheduled and paid for via the platform. Cancellation and refund policies apply as published. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

All communications on the platform are confidential and protected by professional ethical standards, subject to legal exceptions as detailed in the Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute data security.

7. Intellectual Property
